The 5 Minuti Oven is an excellent cooking appliance that will be your new favorite way to cook! With all the amusement and unique flavors that come with cooking in a wood fired oven, it can be done extremely easy with The 5 Minuti. This oven will easily cook 2 pizzas in 90 seconds, making it very easy to feed all your friends and family when you are entertaining. However you can cook so much more than pizzas in this oven, anything that you can cook in your conventional oven can be cooked in this oven. The oven has a refractory cooking surface with stainless steel dome, helping the oven reach cooking temperature in as little as 15 min. The steel dome is insulated with a unique European Ceramic Fiber Mix that helps keep heat in, which is a key factor to why the oven can heat up so fast. The refractory bricks are made from a proprietary recipe that ensures these interchangeable bricks heat up faster and retain heat better at the same time.
Self Cleaning
The pyrolysis effect is a process in which, when the oven is heated up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, cooking residues are eliminated, cleaning the internal surface of the oven. Making cleaning detergents are not necessary.
